Colin is guy #3 of this group senior photography session in Louisville. He pretty much made my day with PROPS!! yeah.. motorcycles and guitars and cool leather jackets.. he made it way easy!! Here some of my Louisville senior session with Colin…
so, i made him jump.. an acoustic guitar is really not a jumping type of guitar 
so i made him do an acoustic jump.. this is what we came up with..
in this first picture, i asked him to be tough… um, yeah. it kinda scares me so i had to put a nice picture next to it.. so you can see- he’s nice. 
I may have worn him out haha.. well, he also had to run a zillion miles that day.. so, that may be part of it too.. but i like to think i did it.

July 14, 2010I’ve known Kyle since he was in 6th grade and now he is a SENIOR. Wow.. i feel old. I feel even older for saying that .. haha. His family is one of my faves… a few years ago, we had a church photo directory made with pictures of all the families. Kyle and his family showed up in crazy outfits… stripes and checks and everything else you can imagine. They still have it up in their house. Haha… they are so much fun.. so i knew my Photography session with Kyle was going to be fun!! Here is a glimpse of my senior shoot with Kyle… complete with canoe, cowboy hat and tennis racket..

June 1, 2010This girl goes to my old high school!! Boone County High School- woot, woot!! I was so excited to do her Senior Photos!! She drove all the way to Louisville just to get them done! We ended up shooting most of them in Indiana tho, because Louisville had so much going on. So- we crossed the Louisville 2nd street bridge to Jeffersonville and had an amazing senior photo shoot 
Did i mention i found this amazing blue door under the bridge.. i kinda wanna go exploring!!

Apparently it’s hard to balance on a log looking backwards…when i asked her to cross her legs..she started laughing. It’s not just a Senior portrait shoot — we also work on yoga moves .. needless to say, the legs never crossed. haha

For a Mother’s Day gift, Christian decided to get his Mom something she would love – Pictures of her son. That is a gift that Mom’s will always want – a guaranteed great Mother’s Day gift. I did an event for Christian’s family at Asiatique this past winter. This family is great fun and i really enjoyed getting to hang with their son for the afternoon. I always love taking photos for teenagers and doing Senior Photos because they are so fun and adventurous. Christian was no different.. we had a great time hiking all around the Louisville Presbyterian Seminary at Garden Court. If you have never been to Garden Court – you need to especially if you are looking for a place to have your wedding. It’s a beautiful place to have your wedding and your reception. The Louisville Seminary is also a beautiful place to take photos. Here are some of the afternoon adventure with Christian.
We just did fun boy type stuff. Luckily i grew up in a neighborhood of boys – i was definitely a tom-boy.. so i have this adventurous streak in me as well. We found a trail, got in pipes, followed a creek and climbed trees. yep.. all in a day’s work
When a tree is held together by a chain.. does that mean it’s dangerous to climb 
haha. Just so you know Mom, we didn’t know that until we were already in the tree!! So, we just made the most of it.
Christian has always loved to climb trees.. so when i saw this awesome tree, i was happy to let him do what he loves and no chains this time!!
Lots of fun.. but then again..i always do have fun doing Senior photography and teenagers… never a dull moment. This last one is for Christian. LONG LIVE THE EARTHWORM (you had to be there)
Well Shiver Me Timbers
April 15, 2010Went to Panama, Florida with a bunch of high school seniors… it was so much fun!! We spent a day on a Pirate ship and had a blast. Of course we heard lots of Pirate Jokes.. it’s funny how i don’t get tired of them. haha!! Here’s a few for you…. in case you’re not up on the latest
