“Jules captured our wedding exactly as we wanted it to be remembered. Every photo is full of joy, life, and laughter on people’s faces. There are dozens of creative posed photos with the bridal party and families; and all of them show people’s unique and colorful personalities. Then there are great shots of preparation before the ceremony, the ceremony itself, and really fun ones of the dance and reception that followed. She was extremely creative with color, angles, and lighting, too. Julie is bold and well-prepared as she asks people to try different poses while always inquiring, too, if there are any other shots we specifically had in mind. She is kind, respectful, and encouraging as she works with people, too, laughing a lot and putting people at ease in order to capture great shots of them. Also, her photos indicate that she was everywhere, capturing the day, without appearing front and center necessarily, as some photographers aggressively do at weddings. We are absolutely thrilled with our wedding pictures. They beautifully and creatively capture the emotion of the day, and we had a blast taking them! We came in with so many expectations – artistic photography, lots of candid moments, and all the small details. Our expectations truly were exceeded.
